Groundbreaking Ceremony for PulteGroup’s Amenity Center in Del Webb at Legacy Hills

06, May, 2024

On Thursday, May 2nd, representatives from PulteGroup, design firms, contractors, and the public gathered for a Groundbreaking Ceremony, marking the start of the construction phase for the new amenity center within the vibrant community of Del Webb at Legacy Hills.

The new amenity center will be surrounded by landscaped grounds, including a fully stocked retention pond with a fishing pier and a dog park. Spanning 15,625 square feet, the newly constructed facility will be set upon a spacious 10-acre greenfield site. Del Webb residents will have access to a café/bar, a movement studio, a fitness center, and a spacious ballroom for various activities and events. Outside, residents will find an inviting oasis featuring a resort-style pool spanning 6,720 square feet and a 406-square-foot heated spa.

The Groundbreaking Ceremony featured remarks from PulteGroup’s Dallas Division President, Bryan Swindell; Rudick Construction Group VP of Business Development, Lee Sawyer; and Lead Architect from LRK; Craig Henry.

“The amenities at our Del Webb communities are second to none,” says Bryan Swindell, Division President for the Dallas area PulteGroup communities. “They are carefully planned and artfully created to think of every detail, from pool design to furniture selection. The Del Webb at Legacy Hills Amenity Center is our most exciting endeavor yet, and I can’t wait to see our homeowners use it as the central hub for activities, community gatherings, and some serious fun.”

“Rudick Construction Group is thrilled to be involved in this new recreational addition to the Del Webb communities,” says Clay Rudick, CEO of Rudick Construction Group. “Working with PulteGroup and LRK Architects has been a pleasure as our teams bring the amenity center to life for all residents to enjoy soon.
