Operating as the Construction Manager at Risk, Rudick led the renovation and upgrade of McKinney Christian Middle School, enhancing both the functionality and appeal of the campus. The project scope included the addition of science laboratories, a new teacher’s lounge, a conference room, and improvements to the courtyard area. With a tight deadline tied to the students’ return, the team prioritized schedule management and streamlined coordination to ensure timely completion. The successful delivery resulted in a refreshed educational environment that supports both academic and faculty needs.
