Adjacent to Telios’ current space, housing 80 engineers, Rudick faced high performance pressure during the ground-up office and interior build. Structural elements encompassed belled piers, conventional steel, and a pre-engineered structure, with site challenges including groundwater and Design District logistics in Dallas. Despite these hurdles, Rudick successfully constructed a Class A office for Telios Engineering, solidifying relationships with the design team.
