A 20,000 SF expansion of a testing and manufacturing facility, tilt-wall, and CIP concrete wall housing industrial equipment, load bank, transformer yard, and office space. The addition provides an enclosed test cell facility and assembly space for the growing operation. In addition, the expansion required a demo of two existing tilt-wall panels, providing a temporary wall where the addition will tie in. Overall, the project requires heavy MEP coordination, expansive linear feet of process piping, and installing a cooling tower with chiller lines.
