This modern facility replaced outdated butler buildings, adding 20 classrooms, a lobby, teacher’s lounge, mechanical spaces, and an enclosed corridor connecting to the existing third-grade building. Constructed with durable CMU block, steel joists, brick veneer, and a modified bitumen roof, the project required careful coordination to minimize disruptions as the school remained operational.
