Rudick Construction Group has partnered with COMPASS for our subcontractor prequalification program. If you’ve prequalified with us before, you’ll need to complete your submission through COMPASS going forward.
What You’ll Need
Your information is submitted annually to COMPASS. Have the following ready:
- W9
- Project References
- Experience Modification Rating (EMR)
- OSHA 300 / 300A Forms
- Financial Statements
- Banking, Bonding, and Insurance Information
What is COMPASS?
COMPASS is a secure, web-based platform that lets subcontractors complete a single prequalification
form (the COMPASS 1Form) and share it with multiple general contractors — no more filling out the
same paperwork for every GC. COMPASS is a paid service for subcontractors; if you’ve already paid,
there’s no additional charge to prequalify with Rudick.
