Rudick executed a 110,729 SF industrial warehouse addition featuring tilt-wall construction, structural steel, concrete systems, and two office additions totaling 3,669 SF. The project included complex fire-rated assemblies, including a reconfigured 3-hour rated demising wall between the existing and new facilities, spray-applied fireproofing throughout the warehouse structure, and fire-rated wall chases at structural columns. Additional scope included new dock levelers, office renovations, and installation of a specialized 3-hour fire-rated emergency drop door for interior equipment circulation.
