This greenfield project is a concrete tilt wall building consisting of 47 panels for a manufacturer that produces screening materials. These materials were able to be incorporated into the building’s interior and exterior façade as well as across the site with rock gabions. The 4-acre site also features a detention pond with a state-of-the-art base-lock draining system to capture and slow waste of rainfall, soil erosion, and water runoff.
