Rudick managed the construction for the vertical build of three independent structures, one 5,000 SF building, and two 7,000 SF buildings for commercial retail development. The structure was erected with metal framing, stucco tile, and a brick facade—coordinated hand in hand with another contractor who completed the infrastructure, site work, and parking lots. The interior demising walls were included in our scope for future tenant buildout. Rudick worked closely with the owner to divide the building project cost into two proformas and phase the construction of each building as the tenant leases were executed.
