A total of 20,000 SF across five buildings for the expansion of a new wastewater treatment plant. The renovation of the Operations and Maintenance buildings involves gutting the interior, installing CMU walls, reinforcing structural steel, and adding new interior and exterior partitions. Upgrades also include new plumbing fixtures, an HVAC system, and lab equipment. The ground-up construction for the Administration, Sludge Thickening, and Blower buildings includes CMU exterior walls, 8”-12” concrete slabs for foundations, concrete pads for future equipment, an 80-mil TPO roof, overhead doors, an exterior storefront system, as well as plumbing and HVAC systems.
