This project consists of the construction of a new 4,500 SF consolidated chemical facility and renovations to the existing building at the City of Kyle Wastewater Treatment Plant. Delivered through a design-bid-build method, the project includes a precast concrete structure with a TPO roofing system, FRP doors, HVAC, a tepid water system, and emergency eyewash and shower stations. Renovations to the existing facility include a new HVAC system, selective demolition, and building repairs. The work is carefully coordinated within an active wastewater treatment campus to maintain ongoing plant operations.
