Four pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) were constructed by Rudick Construction Group, consisting of two enclosed structures and two canopies. The project includes a 5,600 square-foot Maintenance Facility, a 4,200 square-foot Service Bay, a Parking Canopy, and a Stop Log Canopy. The Maintenance Facility is equipped with a hoist trolley crane system, vehicle lift, showers, locker rooms, a kitchen and break area, storage spaces, and four offices. These facilities provide functional spaces for the Upper Trinity Water District to monitor operations at the Lake Ralph Hall Reservoir and Pump Station.
