MTS Physical Therapy & Wellness Youngsville location was completed by Rudick in the summer of 2022, with the facility serving as Ochsner’s tenth free-standing Physical Therapy center in the greater Acadiana region. The project’s tenant improvement scope included mechanical and electrical, wood framed interior walls, gypsum board, synthetic turf, interior doors, windows, and final finish work. The building houses administrative staff, a large open concept for therapeutic practices, staff break areas as well as private clinical spaces.
