O.K. Allen Hall renovation completed to form the new Saucier Wellness Center for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. The project was designed to intentionally accent the original buildings’ architectural features which complemented the overall landscape of the campus. Consequently, scope required selective demolition of interior walls and finishes, with conversion of several spaces to new conventional metal stud framed walls, drywall and suspended acoustical ceilings. Additionally, the structures original floor had to be re-leveled using a gypsum leveling agent.
