Construction of four recessed engine build pits and associated lift systems within an active turbine manufacturing facility. The project included approximately 25-foot-deep excavation with engineered soil-nail shoring, reinforced concrete pits, waterproofing, MEP utility trenches and grating, electrical upgrades, compressed-air distribution, and lift equipment integration. Work was carefully coordinated within the active production environment using a full slab-to-deck dust enclosure, negative-air equipment, and close coordination with Solar’s operations team to minimize disruption to ongoing manufacturing activities.
