This project for Premier Truck Group involves constructing a collision center facility for servicing and repairing haul trucks, combining 25% tilt wall and structural steel with 75% pre-engineered metal building (PEMB). Features include a warehouse with storage racks, a mezzanine office, 26 service bays, frame and alignment pits, wash and paint bays, offices, and a locker room. The site will have a detention pond and require extensive civil work on Langdon Road, including road demolition, traffic control coordination with Dallas, and upgrading a 24” storm pipe to 36”. Construction will also work around an existing 5G cellular tower.
