Converting a 3-car garage of a residential home into a coffee shop for Hillwood Development’s new office for their sales team. Hillwood Development staff occupy the building during the renovation. A pergola structure is also erected and installed on the perimeter of the home. This renovation is part of a long-term plan for the Ramble Development.
