This project involves renovating an existing senior citizen recreational center. Rudick will perform a complete demolition to the existing walls and MEP components in order to rebuild new rooms and create space for highly sophisticated amenities that residents can enjoy including a hospitality bar, offices, weight room, theater, library, and more. Final touches will feature high-end finishes to create a modern and state-of-the-art facility.
