Rudick Construction Group proudly celebrated the completion and ribbon cutting of St. John Properties’ first building at Westinghouse Crossing, marking a major milestone in the company’s expansion into the Texas market. The event took place at 5307 N. Mays Street, a cutting-edge, 45,600 square-foot single-story flex/R&D facility within the mixed-use business community in the greater Austin metropolitan area.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony brought together key stakeholders such as St. John Properties’ team, the Rudick team, Georgetown Mayor Josh Schroeder, and Director of Economic Development Cameron Goodman, along with local officials and business leaders. The event also featured a ceremonial planting of a live oak tree, symbolizing St. John Properties’ roots being firmly planted in Texas.
Westinghouse Crossing, a premier business community, will ultimately comprise approximately 225,000 square feet of flex/R&D, single-story office, and retail space, designed to accommodate a variety of industries. The completion of 5307 N. Mays Street marks the beginning of St. John Properties’ long-term commitment to the region.
