Our experience in construction delivery methods ranges from traditional Design-Bid-Build through to Construction Manager at Risk. Close internal and external coordination in preconstruction minimizes added costs due to unforeseen conditions, scope gaps, logistics errors, etc. Our field team then carries over this attention to detail. Once finals are approved, subcontractors will meet with the project manager and superintendent to discuss the workforce, critical milestones, scope, and quality before receiving a contract.
