The Apothecary Shoppe is excited to announce the groundbreaking of their new state-of-the-art medical marijuana dispensary in Lafayette, Louisiana. This will be the company’s new headquarters location, replacing their current Lafayette facility on Guilbeau Rd. This new headquarters facility will be their third location in Acadiana, alongside New Iberia and Opelousas.
Blair Vidrine, COO of The Apothecary Shoppe, said that the new location will offer a one-of-a-kind experience to patients.
“The Apothecary Shoppe is Acadiana’s only Medical Marijuana Dispensary, and that is something we do not take lightly. We are committed to providing our community with exceptional products and services in a sophisticated and welcoming environment. We are thrilled to expand our presence in Acadiana and bring this innovative new facility to Lafayette,” said Blair Vidrine.

In addition to all these features, The Apothecary Shoppe will have an in-house coffee shop operated by Nube 9 Columbian Specialty Coffee. The interior of the dispensary features custom mosaic tile flooring, tongue and groove cypress wood ceilings, and custom millwork with extensive glass product displays. Additionally, there is a synthetic lawn courtyard and a striking building façade combining painted brick and Nichiha Architectural wall panels.
The new dispensary, designed by Azalea Design Studio, offers a high-end retail environment, providing a versatile shopping experience for its customers.
